Penn State Altoona to host Washington, D.C., trip on April 10

Penn State Altoona's history and honors programs will host a bus trip to Washington, D.C., on Thursday, April 10. Participants will have a full day to themselves to visit the many museums and memorials on the National Mall, as well as check out the blooming cherry blossom trees.

ALTOONA, Pa. — Penn State Altoona's history and honors programs will host a bus trip to Washington, D.C., on Thursday, April 10. Participants will have a full day to themselves to visit the many museums and memorials on the National Mall, as well as check out the blooming cherry blossom trees.

The bus will leave campus at 7 a.m. and return at approximately 11 p.m. The cost is $25 for students and $50 for faculty and staff. Reserve space now in rooms 103 or 203 of the Hawthorn Building from March 17 to April 4. Cash only.
